After many interface iterations that failed to create engagement and attract more users, Healthigo reached out to discover the how and the why.

After seeing the work done, I decided to start from scratch, building a quick MVP that requires minimal time in order to properly test user’s behavior. A 2 days discovery workshop was enough to put everyone on board and gather enough data to understand the business goals, and the user needs.
