Summary
Spinneys is a market leading supermarket chain in Lebanon, under its new management. They are approaching all the big agencies in Lebanon to pitch for the role of Agency of Record.
Alongside PR, Advertising, and social, our CED team was in charge of the digital experiences revamp where I lead on both website and mobile.
Given that Spinneys is a leader in the market, the digital platform should reflect that. We prioritized 4 main pillars to focus on in the digital experience: Content simplification, Interface Personalization, Context-first thinking, and Trust increase.
These pillars were put into action using several features along the customer’s pre-shopping, during shopping, and post-shopping journey like: Shared shopping lists, Recipes & Meals, Allergy alerts, product purchase reminders, anticipatory design, etc…
